SHIRO Lagos is an upscale restaurant that serves the finest Oriental cuisine and signature cocktails, coupled with the elegance and chic of Zen-inspired interiors. Launched in 2017, Shiro has won Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence award (now Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice) in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

PROJECT GOALS
SHIRO wants to revamp its digital marketing approach and improve its online engagement. They want to be more active on social media by sharing updates with their community.
DURATION AND APPROACH
Channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Email Marketing, Tripadvisor, and Google Business
Each social media platform serves a different purpose as they target different types of customers. I created a marketing strategy that regularly updates the community on new offers and promotions.
SHIRO has weekly events that are promoted weekly across its social media platforms. On Instagram, I use UGC and original content to create a striking balance between flyers, food, and interior images/videos.
Email Marketing is used to target existing customers and keep them up to date with events and updates.
Tripadvisor targets travelers and expatriates who are new in the city.
